The ‘ISPA-CNR and the Department of Soil Science, Plant and Food (Di.SSPA) of the University of Bari are proud to announce the 5th biennial Congress of the Italian Dairy Science Association (Aitel) entitled “MILK AND DAIRY PRODUCTS: RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND INNOVATION” that will be held in Bari , Aula Magna – Agraria via G. Amendola 165/A, on the September 9, 2016.

The participation at the Congress is free of charge. However, the registration will be limited only after registration sending an e-mail to stlc@unipr.it, communicating name, affiliation, telephone number and e-mail address.
